A historical site
A semi gourmet cooking and desserts
Nested in a quaint paved passage from 1735, the Restaurant and Tea Room are embellished by a medieval Philippe-Auguste tower of the former city walls of Paris from 1210.
In the spirit of Saint Germain des Prés, we offer seasonal french dishes and pastries that ally tradition and creativity.
My dream: to create a gourmand and magical place that reunite cooking, pastry and chocolate.
